    • Orders can only be canceled if the production process has not commenced. Once production begins, cancellations will not be accepted.
    • For eligible cancellations, requests must be submitted within 24 hours of order confirmation by contacting us.
  • Refunds:
    • Refunds are applicable only for damaged or defective products upon delivery.
    • Claims for refunds must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
    • Refunds are not applicable for custom-printed, personalized, or bespoke gifting items unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
